OKAY. FINALLY UPDATING ONCE AGAIN. What day is it, saturday? Anywho, christmas services on wednesday and thursday.

It was awesooooome. The drama team just put so much effort into it, and they really deserve a big applause. It was named OPERATION: SAVE THE WORLD. A drama production on how the angels were assigned to this mission to bring Jesus the saviour into Earth. Pictures at the bottom (:

On thursday I went to jurong west ( wednesday @ expo ) to try to help out a little in a sense. Same drama, same message, but the purpose is different. It really made me feel like I had something to do, rather than waste my time on the computer at home. Well, I still haven't got to be a counsellor ): Keep getting KS'd hahahah. It's okay, my time will come! Queued up for seats at like 2, when service starts at 3.30pm. Got floor seats ( which is kinda good ), and it was sooo pressurising cause the ushers were so buggy. Anywho, Ben and I gave up our seats for the new friends. Was supposed to seat infront to help build up the atmosphere but our seats got snatched away by peeps sooo yeah. Front row of the choir side taken, proceeded to second row of the middle section. It's like omg! It's just a row behind all the pastors. Was beginning to feel so privelledged to be able to sit there, but those seats got snatched too so yeah. Ended up seating in the front row of the stairs (: Lol. No regrets though, it felt good to serve :D

Okaaaaay and so yesterday was Kenneth's birthday! (26th december). Only managed to reach there at 10+ since I had to accompany my mum out. Played a few games of pool, and we left since it was like 11.50+? They managed to catch the last bus home but Ben and I were stuck in bugis >_> Took a bus which took us to holland v, and decided to just walk. But first, went to cold storage and bought stuff to accompany us on our journey :D
Embarked on a walk from Holland V to Clementi, which was pretty successful. I mean we reached clementi at like 3am? Sat at the bus stop until 5am, before deciding to go home.
I reached home and snacked a little cause I didn't eat lunch nor dinner ): Ended up falling asleep in my pile of snacks! That was like close to 6-6.30am? And suprisingly I woke up at 9. No idea what woke me up.. prolly my mum's shoutings lol. Anywho went back to sleep and woke up again at 2!

Anyway today's service was an interview with Sun, Pastor Kong's wife! First time actually seeing her. What it really spoke to me throughout the whole interview was that even though Sun is a big hit, a celebrity and all. In person she too, just looks like a normal human being. Two arms, too legs, two eyes etc. If she can do such wonderful things in the world, why can't some of us too? I believe it is really just whether you start seeking your calling and whatnot.

Whatever negative words the newspaper used regarding Sun, which also brings about a bad impression to the non-city harvesters. All I can say is that you have to experience it to cast your perspective. Some people have this hatred against CHC just because of the rumours of Sun, and their narrow mindsets.

What she said today, about going out into the market place and shining as salt and light really impacted me. God created the entertainment world, the arts and media. Definitely he would want his people to shine in those industries too, and not be confined in being a preacher, evangelist etc.

Yes and so, I'm feeling really pumped up :D Ahhhhhhhhhhh the 31st of december CAN BE A SUCCESS.
